Here a brief summary of essential job functions:
- Oversight and management of league directors
- Organizing facility time & price (gym time, beach permits, field time)
- Overall league budget management
- Organization of End of Season Parties and prize budgets to league directors
- Issue & collection of keys and other BVA property from league directors before and after league.
- Set-up of on-line registration links and working with BVA Treasurer to ensure all payments has been received and recorded in EZ Facility.
- Ensure receipt of all League Reports from league directors following conclusion of each division.
